Astra Asset Management is a joint-stock company with one-tier managing system consisting of Board of Directors (BD) as follows:

• Ivo Stoianov Blagoev – Managing Director and Member of the BD
• Ivan Atanasov Manolov - Chairman of the BD
• Milena Borisova Ducheva - Member of the BD

The company is represented by both the Executive Director and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, together and separately.
